It depends what the cause is, a lot of plants here get chlorotic from the high pH here by lake Michigan. since I abhor drilling holes I'll first try broadcats spreading an iron lawn fert ina nd beyond tthe drip zone during bud break (if the snow's melted. I have had noticeable results with this meathod if I can get the client to water. It is fast and cheap and noninvasive. for very bad cases I have used Fe caps. |

jps Not trying to make a sale but I guess you have not tried the Medi-Ject system of macroinfusion of iron. Fe caps or Medicaps Fe are drilled in every 3 to 4 inches apart and probably only give you 1 year results. Medi-Ject uses 1/3 the number of wounds and gives results for upto 6 years and at least 4 years. |
