After the major fires here in New Mexico this season communities are passing new & enforcing old code requirements for tree & brush pruning, control, & removal. I'm wondering if this kind of work is part of many arborists "bread & butter" work and if codes seem to work in peoples experience or simply chew up trees for limited gains.
