I am a UK qualified arborist,trying to get arbor work in Australia. I have the appropriate tickets and was under the impression that these were internationally recognised and that I could use them to get work in Australia, New Zealand and other places. Now that I am in Australia, employment agencies are telling me that I need to have Australian qualifications. Can anyone tell me where I can find out more about this? I don't want to have to pay $1500 to get all my tickets again
