Greetings Everyone,
I'm the new guy on the block. I've been involved with trees to a degree for some years, but have become serious the last few years and am studying to be ISA certified. My problem is lack of input from knowledgeable sources because I'm way out here in the sticks and cannot call on a trained expert or arborist to come look see at what this is or what caused that. I need sites that show and teach diseases and such on this here talking typewriter that I just got. Every now and then I go to the big city for supplies and while there I try to learn from tree personel when someone has time to teach, but I need something more at hand when I need it. Yes, I have some books and am ordering more, but I'd appreciate any helpful sites you can offer to help me obtain knowledge. Also, thanks for what all I've picked up on from listening to everyone at the Knothole these last months. This talking typewriter is a wonderful tool, it took me a few days to learn how to turn it on, but I'm here now! Darbo in SE Oklahoma. |

Hey Darbo,
I will list some links that you may find helpful. Some are British based sites that may not suit your needs, but hopefully will. Good luck. http://www.aie.org.uk/ http://www.treedictionary.com/ http://www.na.fs.fed.us/spfo/index.htm http://www.treelink.org/ Hope this helps. Scott |
