James Urban, FASLA, will be in Winnipeg next month to give a seminar on downtown tree well construction and tree planting. I was wondering if anybody (especially northern colder winter cities) could share/post some downtown tree well planting experiences and survival rates for comparison (we have Calgary and Saskatoon experiences so far).
