Dorothy, do you know which species of Ficus? Where are you located? Can you describe the tree and the situation a little more? Size of tree, distance to building, etc. This will help us get a better answer for you. Russ |

Dorthy, Ditto on what Russ just stated, and to add to that, Since we are talking Ficus and canals I'm thinking the Venice Ca. canals which is an area I am familiar with and my first thought would be absolutely not much yard space. If the tree is a Ficus benjimina you probably don't have to much to worry about, if it is a Ficus nitida then thats a different story, so get that info back to us. Thaanks, Ken |
