i am buying a house in jensen beach, fl, with a number of mature slash pines in front and rear garden. a couple of trees come close(8ft) to septic tank and (12ft) swimming pool.
Q. are their root systems invasive as these pines are 60to80 ft tall ?
Q. will the roots cause damage to house foundations?
Q. if so what is the best method of dealing with the situation?
