The ad is on the back cover of TCI again in the March 2001 issue, only now the good chap is wearing long-sleeved shirt and long pants. Oddly, everything else about the image is the same, even the amount of product in the measuring cup and the grass blades. Looks like our friends read the thread and doctored up the picture. If you look closely at the pants and shirt, you can see signs that it was digitally "adjusted". Still a decent job, and it brings it up to standards.

When that thread started, I wrote to Tom Prosser at Rainbow. He wrote back assuring me that there was no problem using the product while wearing short sleeves/shirts.

Interesting...

I quit looking at the ad and had to root out my TCI to see the edit.

Well, a little grumbling occasionally pays off. While the product does not technically require long pants and sleeves, it just makes sense to take the precaution. And certainly to show it in a publication ad.
