every year i get a yellowing leaf effect on my fruitless mulberry. the leaves become spotted and drop off. can anyone help

I'm guessing. Look at the symptoms described in the PDF at the linked site. This fungal disease affecting apple may also attack mulberry and other plants. There are likely other stresses contributing to your tree's weakness. Have you tested soil? Is irrigation adequate? Does the tree have other signs of disease or damage?
