Can anyone give me a diameter inch cost estimate to treat DED with chemicals or other methods? I'd appreciate it if you could respond via email to tflatso@aol.com, thanks.

Arbotech is the only reliable treatment at this time IMHO. If you like Alamo, I've been told they settled with a company out in CO for loss of a good number of trees.
Arbotech is around $2.11/oz. you use 12 oz for every 5 inches of diamiter at 4.5 ft.
So if the circumferance is 75 inches 23.9 dbh 57.3 OZ Arbotech in 28.65 gals of H2O with a chem. cost of $120.89.
setup, uptake and cleanup is around 3 hrs so if one bills at $75/manhour (75x3)+121=376
Here are the numbers for one of my bigger elms Circ. 148 DBH 47.1 Arbotech 113.1 oz 56.53 gals $238.56 I have not done any of the big trees yet, I'm told that they usualy take up faster due to the crown size. All this means to me is I cannot project how long it will take to put 53 gals of mix into a tree next year.
