I would like to know if it is aphids that
place a tan cotton like ball on oak tree.
We had some worms and spray ed them..they were
not bag worms..green worms they died. and
now we have what I think is placed there
by some sort of aphid...It had 3 of my trees
very infected with this tan like cotton balls
attached to the lead.
Help if you can
