what can i spray on my plum trees to prevent the plums from falling off when they start to grow, also i have noticed sting marks on the fruit , some type of insect, i need some help.

Plums often abort due to physiological reasons not pests. Check soil fertility and mulch. If there's a spray to prevent early drop i don't know.
