Recently i just read an article about palm climbing from spain they said they use a kind of system that uses steel belts around the trunk, a rubber pad to knee on the trunk and a shoe arnes to put in and harnes around trunk they called "the bicycle", ¿does anybody knows about where to get this kind of equipment?

It sounds like you are looking for the Swiss Tree Grippers. These are sold by Forestry Suppliers, Inc. I’ve never used them, but it seems they could be useful for palms or trees with straight trunks and few branches.
