The Woodland Stewardship Company in the UK is offering a highly competitive and accurate GIS tree/forest data capture surveying
service using the Criterion 400 laser instrument. Field data can be directly downloaded onto OS digital maps and tree inventory
databases delivering savings in time. We also use GPS. For 2 years our client base has been expanding. Clients range from local authorities, landscape architects, property developers,
arboreta, electrical utilities and forest management consultancies.

We shall shortly be interfacing the Criterion laser with a Palm-top Husky fex 21 and PocketGIS software.

We are interested in networking with other businesses throughout the world who are using/would like to adopt similar technologies.
