I have been approached by a property development company for an easement, through my property for sewer lines, they will have to remove a mature Cherry, Maple And Currly Willow, and I am trying to establish a value to those three trees if I had to replace them at there current maturity, the house was built in 1974 my guess is that the trees are that old...Howard
