Ref : The Venerable Trees of the Earth.
Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
As a french photographer and Explorer, I travel since years around the world taking pictures of the Venerable Trees. I will publish a book this October 2002, with a french publisher (JC.Lattes) and different sponsors and private donators who have helped me during my travels since 1998, for exemple TOTALFINAELF, FUJIFILM France.
I arrived in Kenya in December 2001 and went to visit some old trees. After I had been in Madagascar for one month and on my way back, I organized a slideshow-conference at the National Museum of Nairobi. on the 1st of March.
I need to find a sponsor to continue my expeditions.
My project is to classify as World Heritage some of these venerable trees I took pictures and also to plant seeds from them, especially the indigenous trees from different part of the world.
Now I will go to South Africa for the biggest baobabs trees of the world, Namibia for the Welwitchia, which are more than 3000 years old; China for the old wild tea trees, which are more than 2000 years old and also the venerable Metasequoias and Gingko biloba; Turkey and Morocco.
To go to these different sites, I need to find a budget of 8000 US $.
But from your company, I would like to ask you a minimum partnership of KSH 500 US$.
