I'm looking for more information on what species of pine trees are less prone to being eaten as food by hungry deer during the winter months?? We are located on the Canadian Border of Northern New York. We are trying to select trees for a privacy shield perhaps in the 6 ft to 15 ft height range that will grow rapidly to that height and still survive our deer population. Any good way to keep the deer away from the hungry herd?
