I need to move a peach tree from my family's back yard to my own backyard 5 miles away. The tree is about 3 feet tall and maybe 2 -3 inches in diameter. Is this safe to do? Are there any safeguards that should be taken to avoid damaging the roots? Can larger peach trees be moved as well?
