| assessing value of large cedar trees

I'm buying a piece of land in Washington state, that has 6 cedar large trees on it. I'm wondering how you assess the value of something like that. I'd like to see about adding a separate rider to my insurance to make sure they're covered.
When I say value, I mean the value of the lumber, not what it would cost me to plant a sapling in their place! Thanks, Carol |
