Hello I am New here, I have a problem maybe someone can help. I have a 15foot tall Coastal Redwood Aptos blue , I live in California. My
problem is that the bottom branchs are very weak and sagging they also have a lot of die off on most of the branches. Higher on the tree the branches and leaves are fine , It is just the few layers of the tree from the ground to about 6 feet , they are also disfigured. Is there anything out there that can help?
