This new book on legal cases involving trees provides some good general information on a wide variety of issues. Each case has a brief description of the issues, and many include a summary of the outcome.

While only a synopsis of the case is presented, there is a lot of useful information here that can make the job of finding information on similar cases much easier. It is easy to read, very enlightening, and a great resource for anyone involved in litigious matters in arboriculture.

Thank you, Russ. That was pretty much my intention in this book. Anyone wanting to review a case should read the entire case, as well as consult with an attorney on its merits and meanings.
