The example on page 55 states the SITE rating is "80% under LAND USE..." which is boldface as if it is a defined term. Land Use does not seem to appear anywhere else in the 9th Edition.

The text on page 52 cites the 1999 Minnesota Guide For Rating Condition and Location which does have "Land Use" as one of 5 factors considered to arrive at Site rating. Even if the MN Guide were available to the reader there is no obvious relationship between the 80% assigned here and the MN Guide Land Use Scale (Figure 2-2) which rates "single family residence" 10 out of 10 possible points. The MN Guide also reduces the "importance" of land use to 4 out of 10 but 40% of 100% is 40% not 80%. There may be a relationship with the other 4 MN site factors but they are not discussed.
