Well, the 9th Edition's been out a full 9 months now. So do we have any feedback or experiences on implementation and use?

So what's really new? After using Ninth for 9 months, I see very little difference in practice. There is a distinct shift in emphasis in the language of the Guide, but little substantive change in methodology. The emphasis is moving toward Replacement and Cost–of–Cure, with hints in the Guyide and in the workshops toward other methodologies involving combination and hybrid approaches. But that was all there before.
