I am about to begin a tree hazard evaluation project in a public recreation area. I have liability insurance w/ E&O coverage. Some people are telling me that I need to include a liability waiver in my contract. Is this necessary since I do have insurance for this? If so, how should the waiver be worded, what should be included in the waiver to assure my immunity in the event of injurious tree failure on this site?
