Hi,
From time to time I get a request from our Claims Branch and Legal Services that MPI (vehicle-public insurance in our provence) that an insurance adjuster will not pay the full tree appraisal amount. It seems that the bigger values trigger something the insurance company's end. Has anybody any advice on the best way to handle these? Note: we advise our own departments and MPI of any updates to the appraisal methods and follow them strictly. TIA |
