I have a client whose house is close to a property line. There are serveral dead trees on the neighbors property which lean towards his residence. The neighbor refuses to cut down the trees, and the Township will not get involved. Are there any options for my client to get the trees cut down?

Possibly, but it depends on the laws of the area.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
