I hate to give away trade secrets, however a good place to start is with public agencies. Large cities and even a few small ones have very good recoreds on tree damage cases. Best of all, it is public information. In addition, each state has a insurance commissioner who regulates the industry. They might be able to help. Many smaller communities are self insured and belong to a larger co-op. In Colorad, there are over one hundred in this type of fund. Hope you find some interesting data you can share. Good Luck, Bill |
