During my semi annual desk cleaning, I happened on this book. It was printed in 1997 so it is still current. The title is "Tree Preservation During Construction: A guide to Estimating Costs." It is by Gary R. Johnson, Urban and Community Forestry, University of Minnesota. It mentions a web site to check for additional Infomation that I have attached below.
