Sales:
 Ensure highest level of customer care is provided
 Sets up personal sales expectations with Branch Manager
 Provides written work estimates on site to clients
 Negotiates contract and bid proposals for residential/commercial customers
 Establish strong customer relations and resolve customer complaints
 Develops and implements Tree Management Plans & Plant Health Care programs for clients
 Educate new/potential customers on features/benefits of services provided
 Continually prospect for new business
 Manage account receivable collections of assigned territory
Responsibilities:
 Maintain safe and controlled work place and environment
 Provide management and leadership to production crews
 Enforce company safety and training policies

Requirements:
Two/four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Turf Management, Floriculture, Environment Sciences or Business/Marketing. A minimum of 5-7 years industry experience would also qualify. Relevant technical, selling and communication skills are essential. Post graduates: minimum 3 years industry experience to qualify. PHC/IPM knowledge preferred! Certain positions require previous tree care sales experience and ISA certification. We seek the best and brightest in the industry.
