Customer Relations:
 Monitor and ensure the highest level of customer care
 Develop/establish strong customer relationships
 Ensure new/potential customers are being educated on features/benefits of our services
 Ensure customer complaints/disputes are handled professionally and appropriately

Sales:
 Meet/exceed sales budgets and profit targets for their branch
 Monitor selling activities, productivity and prices of all members of their branch
 Set realistic, clear and precise expectations for sales team
 Train, evaluate and ensure work guidelines and productivity are met/exceeded
 Assist in development of branch budgets and assigned territories
 Set the example – effective leadership and management skills
Field Operations:
 Enforce company safety and training policies
 Responsible for safe and controlled work environment

Requirements:
Two/four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Turf Management, Floriculture, Environmental Sciences or Business Marketing. 5-7 years industry experience qualifies. Relevant technical, selling and communication skills. Previous sales experience a must and ISA certification preferred. We seek the best and brightest in the industry.
