Chelan County PUD (located in Wenatchee, Washington) has an opening for a Forestry Coordinator. BS in forestry or other natural resource field, 3 years of progressive vegetation management experience, with one-year electric utility experience. Must have knowledge of hazard tree identification and be able to traverse difficult forested terrain. Must obtain an Arborist certification through the International Society of Arboriculture within 3 months of hire. Will be responsible for expert management of the complete management program, supervision of contractor activities, identify hazardous trees, implement modern arboriculture trimming methods, and be responsible for customer contact.
