We are seeking a professional to oversee the grounds of our 38 acre townhouse development located on the Delaware River. The community is only minutes from Philadelphia and the NJ Tpke yet is an oasis of calm.

The vast grounds include some 40 two-story buildings arranged in grassy, shaded courtyards. There are 500 homes in the community and even more trees! The property is 25 years old, so the landscape is mature.

We recently had a Landscape Architect complete the designs for new landscaping throughout the property. The main focus of the job, then, would be to implement the landscape plan as well as address areas not included specifically in the plans.
