Career Move - Production Manager – Plant Your Roots with Almstead!

Field Operations:
 ensure, enforce, maintain and control safe work place environment
 ensure strict enforcement of company safety standards and training policies
 establish, direct, manage and supervise procedures for production crews
 liaison between labor and operations
 direct, manage and oversee all yard operations
 responsible for all mulch and drying operation and wood removal from outer office locations
 manage all mulch and firewood deliveries
 responsible for organization, policing and overall cleanliness of main yard
 procurement and allocation of tools/equipment for all branch locations
 monitor all equipment maintenance and repairs
 responsible for daily production reports
 direct enforcement and compliance of all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equipment, personnel, vehicles, equipment and facilities

Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years industry experience in residential/utility tree care, day to day operations and management of field personnel, excellent leadership, management and communications skills essential. ISA certification preferred. Set the example – effective leadership and management skills!
